Breakfast

A useful and tasty mixture:

  • 150g Skyr
  • 100g pumpkin puree
  • 25g granola
  • 10g mixed seeds

Add all to a bowl and eat (swirl together or leave separate as you choose …) It’s a decent slug of protein and vitamins (and gets in a colored veg!)
